Rosa is a self-made cook with over 30 years of restaurant experience, bringing generations of Italian family recipes to Somerset West. Every dish is prepared fresh, by hand, using traditional methods and honest ingredients — made with soul, not shortcuts.
From hearty oven bakes and slow-simmered sauces to comforting soups and a signature tiramisù, Rosa's Italian Kitchen is home-cooked Italian food done the proper way — nothing rushed, nothing artificial, made with soul.
